Mulling Spices: Cinnamon, orange peel, allspice, cloves (Good in cider, wine, potpourri, just to boil)

Flake Salt: In the 18th century salt was collected by collecting salt water and dehydrating it, scraping the salt out, hence the flakes. Hard to find but we have it and it makes a great finishing salt, especially on top of cookies!
