Last week we set off on an adventure to the sixth largest state, Arizona. We were delighted to partner with the Cibola Resort and Spa in Peoria, Arizona to spend part of our Thanksgiving week with them. The experiences and memories gave This Family a lot to be thankful for.

Right away we could see how Cibola Vista embraced the unique character of Arizona architecture and we knew we were in for a real treat!

Room Tour
Resort Tour
The grounds were beautiful and we spent the whole day enjoying them. Sage got a Scavenger Hunt and it was a great way to see a bunch of the amenities the resort had to offer!

The pools were lovely. There was even one just for adults. That one had a little bar where Josh and Grandpa took part in a mixology demonstration.

Grandma and Sage explored the grounds and found a giant connect four game to play!
I enjoyed walking around and taking photos of some of the beautiful gems hidden around the property.

Snippet O’ History
And it wouldn’t be us if we didn’t find a little bit of history. And find history we did! The name Cibola Vista itself has a great story behind it!
