Our second day at Cibola Vista Resort was a day truly worthy of This Family! It was time for adventure and exploring!!!
But first…coffee….
After coffee, it was off to the pool! This time we all went to the amazing family pool that we practically had to ourselves! It had enough room for a whirlpool, a volley ball game, a beach, and of course, the waterslide!!! Truly a desert oasis!!
One of my favorite things was the ‘beach’ to ease into the pool. Next to it was a great green space to play. Sage beat Grandma at giant Connect Four.
Everyone relaxed and enjoyed lunch.
After lunch Josh took some time to enjoy the work out facilities…
And Sage and I went to the far end of the property where they host a weekly Cowboy dinner. Unfortunately we missed the dinner (although we heard the music the night before) but today we explored the area. This might be my favorite part of the resort! Seriously! I should have brought my cowboy hat!!
It was a great afternoon exploring the Old West. Sage loved it! Especially all the bunny sightings!
After dinner we went back to the epic pool and relaxed in the hot tub for a while. One last stop to enjoy the crackling fire and each others company. It was a perfect day two!

ahahaha I hadn’t thought about it like that. The pool was so huge it was easy to find a large area to claim as your own.
